feat: improved update command
...
now resets with --force if invoked with bang. an arg can be given to
switch to that branch before pulling.

chore: moved into its own repository
...
this was originally just part of my dotfiles, but since neovim stuff
became a pretty big chunk, I'm moving it into its own project and having
.dotfiles just git clone this.
