ce87c5334d made create and delete workspaces as internal commands as well. 
Fixed the same issues that the workspace browser had for the creation and deletion also in
the server browser.

0a25a5f7c1 Make create buffer and delete buffer, be internal commands. Dealing with the input handlers sheningans is too much. 
Also improves the logic in the qpbrowser for the creation and deletion of buffers.
and simplify the logic in the internal commands.

b5ddf71199 feat: completely reworked the connection flow. Now profiles can be specified in the 
`Codemp.sublime-settings` file. Otherwise we use default endpoint values and ask
for credentials manually. The credentials are then later saved *in memory* for easier subsequent
use.
